Limatec relies on a design and methods office composed of 5 individuals working collaboratively on the design, costing, and manufacturing launch of quality and robust products at the best price. We provide our customers with our expertise to define products tailored to their needs, leveraging state-of-the-art software (Solidworks, Bysoft, Fanuc WeldPro) and efficient production tools (fiber laser, bending presses, robotic welding, etc.).
Your Missions?
You will be responsible for the design and drafting of custom-made products manufactured in our production workshop. You will be involved at various stages of the projects (during the costing phase, after the order is placed, and in production support). You will work within the design office under the supervision of the BEM manager.

You possess strong communication skills and are accustomed to engaging in projects where you are fully invested.
You have a degree ranging from Bac+2 to Bac+5 in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, or product industrialization. You also have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, where you have gained knowledge of industrial product manufacturing.
To successfully carry out your assignments, the following skills will be required:
This position, based in Amphion-Les-Bains (FRANCE-74), is available as a permanent contract (35 hours, 5 weeks of paid leave). The gross annual salary is negotiable based on your experience. Social benefits: profit-sharing agreement, annual evaluation bonus, health insurance, meal vouchers.

Your Missions?
You will be responsible for the design and drafting of custom-made products manufactured in our production workshop. - Designing products and optimizing them during the costing phase or after order placement;
- Assisting in processing cost estimates in support of the sales department;
- Preparing subcontracting plans and conducting supplier consultations;
- Updating and maintaining the CAD database in the PDM system;
- Creating products in the ERP system (manufacturing ranges, bills of materials);
- Supporting production by designing specific tooling;
- Updating product technical data sheets.

- Good knowledge of welding and sheet metal work would be a plus.

- Assist clients by providing information on product ranges from a commercial, pricing, and technical perspective.
- Advise and prepare quotes/offers/estimates, and follow up on them in collaboration with your field sales counterpart.
