This sector has a rich portfolio of important clients to be followed up and maintained, while carrying out the necessary prospecting for its expansion and renewal.
Our customer base is broad and diverse, consisting of distributors, general contractors or subcontractors in the construction industry, industrial sector in agri-food and pharmaceuticals, collective sector in education, sports, health, culture, tourism, leisure, and technical specifiers for these projects (architects, engineering firms, economists).
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main missions will be as follows:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main missions will be as follows:
- Develop sales revenue and achieve objectives within the framework of the sales policy.
- Carry out all necessary sales actions for this development.
- Identify, manage, and finalize projects to ensure product sales.
- Conduct commercial negotiations in compliance with general sales conditions/prices and company processes.
- Highlight the technical qualities of the products and their possible applications to meet specific customer requirements.
- Utilize and update the CRM tool at your disposal to ensure reporting.
- Establish a strong relationship necessary for teamwork with your counterpart in the office.
Requirements:
- You have excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to effectively maintain our distribution network.
- You seek diversity in the targets to work with and demonstrate adaptability.
- You are comfortable with short, medium, and long-term project management and support.
- You attend and act during construction meetings for measurements and technical advice, thanks to your strong interest in technical building products.
